Clear answers about how Sable Key supports you and your family.
No. Traditional home health care focuses on ADLs (activities of daily living) such as bathing, dressing, and medical needs, and usually requires 4-hour minimums with different aides each visit. Sable Key does not provide ADLs or medical care. We focus on IADLs (instrumental activities of daily living), such as errands, shopping, household management, scheduling and technology. We are a home and lifestyle partnership. We manage the physical house, vet contractors, coordinate complex moves, handle calendar appointments, manage travel logistics, and offer companion and social activities so your family can focus on quality time together.
Yes, as a medical advocate, not a medical provider. We can help schedule appointments, prepare questions to ask, and attend doctor visits to support your parent and your family. We don’t provide nursing, treatment, medication administration, or medical advice.
We handle day-to-day coordination, shopping, organization, light housekeeping, and pet care assistance ourselves. For specialized tasks like heavy construction or plumbing, we source, vet, and oversee licensed, local subcontractors on your behalf.
Safety and trust are our absolute priorities. Sable Key is a family-run business, fully licensed and insured right here in the CSRA.
We specialize in supporting long-distance adult children. We keep you updated by text or email as we go, and with your parent’s permission, other family members can stay in the loop too.
Our hours are completely flexible. In any given month, you can have us pick up groceries and put them away, assist with pet sitting or pet care, book travel plans, light housekeeping and more.
Life happens! You can add extra hours anytime at the member rate. If you don’t use all your included hours, up to 1 unused hour rolls over to the following month only. Rolled-over hours don’t accumulate.
Yes. Couples can share a membership. Hours are flexible and can be used by either or both members of the household.
We serve Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Appling, Augusta, North Augusta, Aiken, and surrounding CSRA communities. We also support long-distance adult children who live outside the area.
The process begins with a complimentary conversation or assessment so we can understand your family’s needs and priorities. From there, we recommend the membership level or project support that fits best and create a clear plan together.
Yes. We coordinate the entire process—sorting, packing, vendor management, moving logistics, and settling into the new home—so the transition feels organized and less overwhelming.
It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation in person or by video. We listen to what matters most to you and your family, walk through the home if helpful, and outline practical next steps. There’s no obligation.
